1. Architecture for the proposed EAC Digital Health Scorecard Dashboard (HESDA)
The current EAC health scorecard which is produced from the system is almost static and efforts are underway to make the output dynamic in nature so that to engage very well with the users who use our scorecards. Since this platform will be made public online it will therefore increase the number of people who use the scorecard data and hence promote accountability for results and resources for health and particularly for women’s and children’s health.
2. Methodology
In order to come up with the architecture for the digital scorecard, a desk review was done to see how other Regional Economic Communities (RECs) or organisations have upgraded their scorecard to become digital hence more accessible.

In Africa there are many scorecard innovations that has touched many health areas ranging from Malaria to SRHR.
